Content is provided in good faith but without warranty; destination information (prices, opening hours, seasonal details) can change without notice. Bookings
Reservations made through book.milatos.com or embedded booking widgets are governed by the booking platform terms & conditions. Payments for bookings go directly to the accommodation or car-rental supplier; the supplier is your contracting party for the stay or rental itself.
Suppliers
Accommodation providers and car-rental operators using the platform are bound by the versioned Supplier Agreement accepted at signup, including the licence fee of 2% per confirmed booking (€1.50 minimum), billed monthly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law; place of jurisdiction is Heraklion, Greece.
