Do I need to leave DiscoverCars or Rentalcars?
No. Keep your aggregator listings for airport walk-up demand. Milatos is your direct channel — for your regulars, your website visitors, and your Google My Business traffic, so those bookings stop paying aggregator margins.
How do I actually receive the money?
Payments go directly to your Stripe or PayPal account — we never hold your money. You connect your accounts in your profile settings after signing up.
What if I get no bookings in the first month?
You owe us nothing. The 2% fee accrues only on confirmed, paid bookings. No bookings = no fee, ever.
How does availability work with a small fleet?
You set how many cars of each type you have. Every confirmed booking reduces availability for those dates automatically — when all your SUVs are out, the SUV can’t be booked. No overselling.
Can I charge different prices in August than in November?
Yes. Set up to three season tiers (high, mid, low) with different daily rates per car type. The right price applies automatically based on the rental dates.
What about insurance and extras?
Each car type displays its insurance terms (what’s included, excess amount, full-coverage option) so the customer knows exactly what they’re booking before they pay.
Can I put the booking form on my own website?
Yes. Copy one line of HTML from your dashboard and paste it into any website or Facebook page. Customers book without leaving your site.
How do airport pick-ups work?
The booking collects pick-up and drop-off date, time, and your customer’s contact details. The handover itself works exactly as you do it today — meet at the airport, hotel delivery, or office pick-up. Your process, your terms.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract, no minimum period, no exit fee. If you want to stop, email us and we’ll deactivate your account within 24 hours.
Do I need a website already?
No. Your book.milatos.com/s/your-name page is your booking site — share the URL directly on Google My Business, WhatsApp, or Instagram. A website helps, but it isn’t required to get your first booking.
