The fine print, in plain words
Is there really no hidden fee?
Really. 2% per confirmed booking with a €1.50 minimum is the entire price list. No setup fee, no listing fee, no payment surcharge from us (your card processor’s own fee applies as with any payment), no premium tier.
How am I billed?
Once a month you receive a statement for the previous month’s confirmed bookings, with every booking and its fee itemised in your dashboard. You pay the total — that’s it.
What if a guest cancels?
The fee applies to confirmed bookings. Your money went directly to your own account at booking time, so refunds are between you and your guest under your own policy — we don’t sit in the middle.
Do I have to leave Booking.com or the aggregators?
No. Most of our operators keep their OTA listings and use Milatos to make their own website, business card and Facebook page the cheapest channel.
