What you get

Everything an apartment booking website needs — nothing you don’t

  • Your own page at book.milatos.com/s/your-name — under your brand, with your photos and description
  • Every apartment listed with its own gallery, capacity, availability calendar and per-season nightly price
  • A night-by-night price strip when guests pick dates — if every night is free they get Book Now; if a night is blocked, an inquiry form so you never lose the lead
  • Online payment by card (Stripe) or PayPal — paid straight to your own account, full amount or an advance, your choice
  • Season pricing set once — August prices in August, low-season prices in spring, automatically
  • Works as your booking link everywhere: Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram bio, WhatsApp replies, business cards

How it works

Live in under an hour, in three steps

1

Create your free account

No card required, no fee until your first paid booking.

2

Add your apartments

Photos, capacity, availability and season prices — from any browser, no technical skills needed.

3

Share your link

Put book.milatos.com/s/your-name on your Google Business Profile, social pages and messages. Bookings and payments come straight to you.

Don’t have a website at all?

  • The hosted page is your booking website — nothing else to build or host
  • Set it as the website link on your Google Business Profile so map searches convert into direct bookings
  • No hosting bills, no updates, no maintenance — we run it

Already have a website?

  • Keep it — and add the booking widget: one line of HTML on any platform (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, plain HTML)
  • Your site stays the brochure; the widget handles dates, prices and payment
  • The hosted page still works alongside it as your link-in-bio booking URL

FAQ

Questions apartment owners ask

Do I need my own domain name?

No. Your page lives at book.milatos.com/s/your-name and works as your booking link everywhere. If you do own a domain, point it (or a “Book Now” button on it) at your page — or embed the widget directly in your site.

Is this a website builder like Wix or Lodgify?

No — it’s narrower on purpose. You don’t get blog pages or design templates; you get a booking page that does the one job a brochure site can’t: take paid reservations. Many owners pair it with a simple site or just their Google Business Profile.

I have several apartments — does each get its own calendar and price?

Yes. Each apartment (or apartment type) has its own photos, capacity, availability and per-season nightly rates. Guests pick the unit and dates; the page quotes the correct total.

Where does the guest’s money go?

Directly into your own Stripe or PayPal account at booking time. The platform never holds your money — we invoice our 2% separately, once a month.

Can I keep my Airbnb and Booking.com listings?

Yes — no exclusivity, no contract. Most owners keep the OTAs for discovery and use the direct page for repeat guests and everyone who finds them directly. See our guide on running a direct channel alongside Booking.com.

What happens when my dates are full?

The page switches to an inquiry form for those dates, so the guest can still reach you by email — fully booked never means a lost customer.
