Looking for a Lodgify Alternative?
Lodgify builds you a vacation-rental website with a channel manager — for a monthly subscription, and on some plans a booking fee on top. Milatos takes a leaner path: a hosted booking page and a widget for the website you already have, at 2% per confirmed booking, €1.50 minimum, and no monthly fee at all.

Which tool actually fits your rentals?
Stay with a website builder (like Lodgify) if…
- You have no website at all and want one built for you, template and all
- You list on Airbnb / Vrbo / Booking.com and need a channel manager to sync calendars automatically
- Your occupancy is strong enough year-round that a fixed monthly cost doesn’t hurt
Milatos is the better fit if…
- You already have a website (or a Facebook page) and just need bookings to happen on it — a one-line widget embed does that
- Your season is short and a 12-month subscription for a 5-month season makes no sense
- You want guests to pay your Stripe or PayPal account directly — no one holding your money
- You’d rather pay only when you earn: 2% per confirmed booking, €1.50 minimum

FAQ
Switching questions
I built my website with Lodgify — can I still use Milatos?
Yes. The Milatos widget is a standard iframe, so it embeds in any site that accepts HTML — including a site built with a website builder. Some owners keep the builder site and swap in Milatos as the booking layer to stop paying booking fees.
Can I keep my Airbnb and Vrbo listings?
Of course. Milatos has no exclusivity — most operators keep their OTA listings and use Milatos to make their own website and repeat-guest channel the cheapest one. Just note Milatos doesn’t sync calendars with OTAs, so you manage blocked dates yourself.
Is there really no monthly fee?
Really. 2% per confirmed booking with a €1.50 minimum is the entire price list — billed once a month for the previous month’s bookings. Zero bookings = zero invoice.
What am I giving up compared to Lodgify?
The website builder and the channel manager. Milatos deliberately does one thing: direct online bookings — hosted page, widget, season pricing, availability, direct payment, inquiry fallback. If you need those other pieces, keep them and add Milatos as your commission-light direct channel.
How long does moving take?
There’s nothing to migrate — you create your rentals, season prices and photos fresh in under an hour, then paste the booking widget into your existing website. Your first booking can happen the same day.
