Common questions about the booking widget
Does it work on WordPress without a plugin?
Yes. It’s a plain iframe, so you paste it into a Custom HTML block — no plugin to install, update, or worry about. The widget itself is hosted and maintained by us, so your site stays fast and nothing breaks when WordPress updates.
Does it work on Wix, Squarespace, Jimdo or a custom-built site?
Yes — any platform with an “embed HTML” or “embed code” element. If your site can show a YouTube video, it can show this widget.
Where does the guest’s money go?
Directly to you. Payments run through your own card (Stripe) or PayPal account. The platform never sits between you and your money — we invoice our 2% separately, once a month, for the previous month’s confirmed bookings.
What happens when my dates are fully booked?
The widget switches to an inquiry form, so the guest can still reach you by email. Fully booked never means a lost customer.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour: create your free account, add your rooms, photos and season prices, copy the embed code onto your site. There’s no fee until your first paid booking.
